- ACTIVITY: Bring pictures of God’s creation and of things made by man. Have the children say which things were created by God and which were made by. Man.
- CRAFT IDEAS: (1) Have the children color a picture of the earth, making the land and oceans different colors. (2) Use star stickers and stick them onto black colored paper. (3) Making a hanging mobile of sun, moon, earth, and stars

Lesson 3: God is Omniscient (Knows all things)

- CRAFT IDEAS: (1) Use a dark colored background and draw stars using white chalk, or use glow-in-the-dark star stickers. (2) Draw a self-portrait and glue on yarn hair.

Lesson 4: God is Omnipotent (All-powerful)

- ADDITIONAL BIBLE STORY IDEA: In addition to the lesson idea about plants growing, another alternate story idea is God parting the Red Sea for Moses and the children of Israel.
- CRAFT IDEAS: (1) Picture of ocean with waves or picture of mountains with waterfalls (powerful things in nature that God created). (2) Bring dirt and cuts, and have the children plant a seed (preferably a seed that grows quickly), and they can see the growth during the week.

Lesson 5: God is Omnipresent (Everywhere)
- SONG SUGGESTIONS: 2842 God is Omnipresent; 50 Who did swallow Jonah?
- ADDITIONAL BIBLE STORY IDEA: In addition to the lesson, an additional story idea is to tell a simple version of Jonah running away but God, but God knew where he was because of His omnipresence.
- ACTIVITY: If the space allows, play hide and seek.
- CRAFT IDEAS: (1) Color a map of the world and write that God is everywhere. (2) Make Jonah and the great fish out of construction paper, or allow the children to draw the scene themselves.

Lesson 12: God is to be Honored
- Suggested craft ideas: (1) Color a messy room vs. clean room (to show the children that when they clean, they are honoring their parents and guests). (2) Use colored pipe cleaners to spell the word HONOR. (3) Paste onto construction paper a smaller piece of paper to represent a door that opens – glue only one edge. On one side of the door, draw a guest. On the other side of the door, draw the host.

- Suggested craft ideas: (1) Use a picture of a tree that has blank leaves for the children to say what they’re thankful for. (2) Use a picture of a flower and use each blank petal to write down what the children are thankful for.

- Suggested Bible story: The story of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37) can be used to show compassion, but leave out the potentially scary details for the young children.

- Craft ideas: (1) Make baby birds within a nest using construction paper, tissue paper, and/or pipe cleaner “twigs”. Or if the season allows, gather actual twigs. (2) Use washable paint to make handprints (helping hands). (3) Color or draw a picture of children sharing toys. (4) Trace each child’s hand and help them cut it out. They can paste their hand onto a heart to represent compassion. Note: For the youngest children, consider whether to avoid Good Samaritan crafts that show an injured man as they may be afraid.

Lesson 22: God is Encouragement
- Suggested songs: 1302 Be Strong; 32 Trust in the Lord; 3712 JESUS IS MY BEST FRIEND (Sing-Along Songs p.17) (Tune: “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Stars”)
- Suggested Activities: (1) Have the kids try to get a ball into a cup. (2) Have them work in teams to put a puzzle together.
- Craft ideas: (1) A heart cut out with the memory verse on it. (2) Puzzle pieces of the word “encouragement” to paste on a page. (3) Put the letters of the word ENCOURAGEMENT on a page, but leave out some letters with blanks for the children to fill in. (They may need help from the serving ones to spell the long word.) (4) Jumble the letters of the word encouragement and let the children assemble and glue in the correct order.

Lesson 23: God is Endurance- Suggested Activities: (1) If space allows, run a short race. (2) Show a picture of someone completing a long race, such as the marathon. (3) Have them balance something on their head and walk across the room.

- Craft ideas: (1) Have the children paste colored crumpled pieces of paper onto the word “Endurance” (2) Use pipe cleaners to spell some of the missing letters of the word ENDURANCE. (The letters “N”, “U” and “C” may be easier ones to form.)
