Young Working Saints and Young Families Conference

Dear Saints,

This is a friendly reminder to register for the Young Working Saints and Young Families Conference, which will be held at KPCC from March 11 to 13. Registration deadline has been extended to March 6. Note that the conference will now be held entirely in person; recordings will be made available immediately after the conference. A tentative schedule, registration, and more information on the conference are detailed below.

Schedule (updated 3/9/22)
Friday, March 11
We encourage the saints to arrive at KPCC on Friday night, March 11. Check-in will be open between 6 and 11 p.m. Dinner will not be provided and there will be no formal meeting on Friday evening,  but saints who arrive early can get settled in and spend time together and fellowship before the conference starts.

Saturday, March 12
8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
10:00 a.m.: Session 1
12:00 p.m.: Lunch and Afternoon Break
4:00 p.m.: Session 2
6:00 p.m.: Dinner
7:30 p.m.: Singing and Activity

Lord’s Day, March 13
8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
10:00 a.m.: Lord’s Table
11:00 a.m.: Session 3
12:30 p.m.: Lunch and Departure

Registration Fee
Full-time: Adults $135, Young People $70, Children (age 6 and above) $54
Friday night-only (Saturday breakfast + lunch): Adults $89, Young People $48, Children (age 6 and above) $38
Saturday day-only (Saturday lunch + dinner): Adults $45, Young People $24, Children (age 6 and above) $19
Saturday night-only (Saturday lunch + dinner and Lord’s Day breakfast + lunch): Adults $99, Young People $55, Children (age 6 and above) $45
Note: No fee for children under the age of 6, and families only pay for the first two children/young people.

Payment Method

-Cash or Check preferred
-Electronic payment via Venmo/Paypal is also possible. If paying electronically, please send your payment to nyctrainingfund@gmail.com and bring your electronic payment receipt to KPCC.

Health Protocols
The camp requires that all attendees show proof of either 1) a COVID-19 vaccination or 2) the negative results of a PCR test taken within three days prior to the conference start date. Children’s Service
There will not be any official children’s service provided during the conference, but our hope is that, as has been carried out in the past, arrangements could be made informally among the parents and caretakers so that we all can attend as many meetings as possible.
