and Young Families Conference
for the Churches in the Northeast
April 21-23, 2023

The Young Working Saints and Young Families Conference for the churches in the Northeast will be held at Camp Penuel on April 21-23, 2023. The registration deadline is April 2. The saints who will stay overnight should register as soon as possible to secure accommodation at the camp, as onsite housing capacity is limited.

Tentative Schedule:
Friday, April 21

We encourage the saints to arrive on Friday night. Check-in will be open between 6 and 10 p.m. Dinner will not be provided and there will be no formal meeting on Friday evening, but saints who arrive early can get settled in, spend time together, and fellowship before the conference starts.

Saturday, April 22
  8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
10:00 a.m.: Session 1
12:00 p.m.: Lunch
  4:00 p.m.: Session 2
  5:30 p.m.: Dinner
  7:00 p.m.: Bonfire & Singing

Lord’s Day, April 23
  8:00 a.m.: Breakfast
10:00 a.m.: Lord’s Table
11:00 a.m.: Session 3
12:30 p.m.: Lunch & Departure

Health Guidelines:

If you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please remain home and take care.

Child Care:
Additional information concerning the children will be provided in a forthcoming email.
 
Registration Fee:
Full-time: Adults $160, Young People $80, Children $60
One night stay: Adults $115, Young People $60, Children $45
Day-only: Adults $55, Young People $20, Children $15
Note
1. Young people are those in grades 6 through 12; Children are those grade 5 and under.
2. No fee for children under the age of 6, and families only pay for the first two children/young people.
 
For payment, cash or check is preferred. Checks should be made to “The church in New York City.” Electronic payment is accepted via Venmo and PayPal at nyctrainingfund@gmail.com. The saints who pay electronically should be ready to present the e-payment receipt at the camp.
