and Young Families Conference
for the Churches in the Northeast
April 17-19, 2026

Dear saints,
 
We are pleased to announce that registration has opened for the upcoming Young Working Saints and Young Families Conference for the churches in the Northeast. The conference will be held at Camp Penuel (KPCC) on April 17-19, 2026. The registration deadline is April 5, 2026. We strongly encourage the saints who will stay overnight to register as soon as possible to secure accommodation onsite at the camp. See below for the registration link and more information on the conference.

Tentative Schedule
Friday, April 17
Check-in opens between 6:00 and 10:00 PM. There is no dinner provided or a formal meeting on Friday evening, but we encourage arrival on Friday so that the saints can settle in, spend time together, and fellowship before the start of the conference.

Saturday, April 18
8:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM: Session 1
12:00 PM: Lunch
4:00 PM: Session 2
6:00 PM: Dinner
7:30 PM: TBD

Lord’s Day, April 19
8:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM: Lord’s Table
11:00 AM: Session 3
12:30 PM: Lunch & Departure


Child Care
Information regarding child care will be provided in a forthcoming email.
 
Registration Fee
Full-time: Adults $165, Young People $110, Children $90
One night stay: Adults $125, Young People $80, Children $70
Day-only: Adults $55, Young People $40, Children $30
Note: 
1. Young People are those in grades 6 through 12; Children are those grade 5 and under.
2. No fee for children under the age of 6, and families only pay for the first two children/young people.
 
Payment
Cash or check is preferred. Checks should be made to “The church in New York City.” Electronic payment is accepted via Venmo (@NYCTrainingFund) and PayPal (nyctrainingfund@gmail.com). The saints who pay electronically should be ready to present the e-payment receipt at the camp.
