Prayer Burdens for September 1, 2026

1. Thanksgiving to the Lord for all the middle school, high school and college age young people, and prayer for each one during the upcoming school year; let us pray specifically for all the college freshmen, that they would go on in the church life wherever they are and that they would “shine as luminaries in the world” from the beginning of their college years (Phil. 2:15)

2. The burden for the gospel on the college campuses during the new academic year both in NYC and throughout the country

3. Regional Labor Day weekend conferences for the churches in the Mid Atlantic (in Baltimore, MD), the Southeast (in Atlanta, GA), and the Mountain States (in Denver, CO)

4. The Lord’s move in New Zealand and the burden for the raising up of the next generation for the church life–This upcoming weekend there will be a conference for the parents and serving ones of the children and young people in the churches in New Zealand

5. The Spanish-speaking conference for the churches in the Northeast to be held at Camp Penuel over the weekend of September 11-13

6. The Young Working Saints and Young Families Conference being held at Camp Penuel over the weekend of September 18-20

7. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for August 25, 2026

1. Increase and spread (John 15:1-11, 16)—Let us pray that all the saints, from the youngest to the oldest, would have the burden for the gospel:
a. Prayer for the gospel meeting being held this upcoming Friday, August 28, exclusively online via Zoom
b. Prayer for the next in-person church gospel meeting which will be held on Saturday, October 17, in Hall 1

2. Thanksgiving to the Lord for His blessing on all the summer events and prayer for the church’s further going on for the rest of the year:
a. The shepherding of all the saints and all the new ones, that not one would be overlooked
b. The strengthening of all the families and households in the church life
c. The strengthening of the church meetings and small group meetings this week

3. The upcoming new school year:
a. That all the children and the young people would be preserved and “let (their) light shine” (Matt. 5:16)
b. Prayer for the new arrangements in the children’s meeting and young people’s services in all nine halls
c. Prayer for all the college students on all the campuses throughout the NYC metropolitan area

4. The strengthening of the churches in Upstate NY, New Jersey, and Connecticut

5. The Lord’s move in Australia and the burden for the raising up of the next generation for the church life–This upcoming Friday there will be a Teachers’ Training in Sydney, Australia for all the churches in Australia in preparation for the summer school of truth (which will be held at the end of this year); then over the weekend there will be a conference for the parents and serving ones of the children and young people

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for August 18, 2026

1. That all the saints, from the youngest to the oldest, would be strengthened in their daily reading and enjoyment of the Word of God

2 Timothy 3:16-17 — All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, fully equipped for every good work.

2. Thanksgiving to the Lord for blessing the Family Bible Camp and prayers for all the families in the church life during the upcoming school year

3. The church gospel meeting on Friday, August 28 (location to be announced)

4. The fall term of the Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA), the training extension in Boston (FTTA-XB), and all the full-time trainings all over the earth (e.g. Mexico City, Mexico; Caacupe, Paraguay; London, UK; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; Taipei, Taiwan; Hamilton, New Zealand)

5. The saints in the church in Spokane, WA and the community at large in the wake of the wildfires in Eastern Washington; let us pray for the saints and the people of Spokane, and stand with the church in Spokane for their burden for the gospel at this time

6. The saints in Colombia, South America and in Indonesia in the aftermath of the earthquake which struck in these places recently

7. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for August 11, 2026

1. The Family Bible Camp which will be held from Thursday through Saturday at Camp Penuel

2. Gospel meeting in Hall 2 (Midtown Manhattan) tomorrow (Wednesday, August 12) at 6:30pm; the burden for the timing of this gospel meeting is to provide an opportunity for the college saints from other localities who have been in NYC this summer for internships to share the gospel with their coworkers and friends before they return to their localities for the fall semester

3. Thanksgiving to the Lord for His blessing on the Summer School of Truth and prayer for the going on of all the young people in the coming school year, specifically, that they all may experience the joy of their salvation and be burdened for the salvation of their friends, classmates, and relatives

4. The fall term of the Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA) which began yesterday–There are currently three trainees from NYC in Anaheim: Jonathan Hong, Beracah Lam, and Stanley Tsou; we give thanks to the Lord for the consecration of these young saints; let us pray that the Lord would gain each one fully and produce each one as a living, functioning member of His Body

5. The saints in the church in Spokane, WA and the community at large in the wake of the wildfires in Eastern Washington; let us pray for the saints and the people of Spokane, and stand with the church in Spokane for their burden for the gospel at this time

6. The saints in Colombia, South America in the aftermath of the earthquake which struck there yesterday

7. Thanksgiving to the Lord for the completion of the new meeting hall of the church in Atlanta and prayer for the regional blending conference which will be hosted there over the Labor Day weekend for all the churches in the Southeast

8. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for August 4, 2026

1. Thanksgiving to the Lord for blessing the high school section of the Northeast Summer School of Truth which concluded this past Lord’s Day, and prayer for the middle school section which is being held this week (concluding on Thursday); let us pray for the hearts of all the young people and their receiving of the word, for all the serving saints, for the ministry of the word in the larger corporate sessions, for the mutual fellowship in the small group sessions, for the shepherding of the young people, for the weather, for the health and safety of all the saints, and for the KPCC camp staff

2. The Family Bible Camp which will be held August 13-15 at Camp Penuel

3. Thanksgiving to the Lord for blessing the European Young People’s Conference and Family Conference held last week in Poland; let us pray for the going on of all the young people in the churches in Europe and for the strengthening of all the churches throughout Europe

4. The saints in the church in Spokane, WA and the community at large in the wake of the wildfires in Eastern Washington; at least one family among the saints has lost their home; let us pray for the saints and the people of Spokane, and stand with the church in Spokane for their burden for the gospel at this time

5. Thanksgiving to the Lord for the completion of the new meeting hall of the church in Atlanta (the first meeting was held in the new hall this past Lord’s Day); let us pray for the advance of the church in Atlanta and of all the churches in the Southeast

6. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)

Prayer Burdens for July 28, 2026

1. The high school section of the Northeast Summer School of Truth going on this week at Camp Penuel (KPCC) up until this coming Lord’s Day (the topic of the lessons this year is God’s Full Salvation); the middle school section will be held next week (August 2-6)–Let us pray for the hearts of all the young people and their receiving of the word, for all the serving saints, for the ministry of the word in the larger corporate sessions, for the mutual fellowship in the small group sessions, for the shepherding of the young people, for the weather, for the health and safety of all the saints, and for the KPCC camp staff

2. The second and final week of the Chinese-speaking Perfecting Training which begins tomorrow up until this coming Lord’s Day at the Fremont Springs Conference Center in Northern California

3. The Family Bible Camp which will be held August 13-15 at Camp Penuel

4. The European Young People’s Conference and Family Conference being held in Male Ciche, Poland this week up until this coming Lord’s Day

5. The urgent need of the church in Dublin, Ireland–That the Lord would provide the funds for the purchase of a property which will serve as a meeting hall for the church in Dublin (the church is in contract to purchase a very suitable property in a prime location in the city and the closing is scheduled for the end of this month)

6. The burden to establish a middle age training in São Paulo, Brazil for all the churches in South America; a facility which would serve as the training center has already been acquired

7. The various needs of the saints both locally and in other localities (e.g. physical and emotional, health-related, job-related, family-related, etc.)
