2026 NYC Young People’s Winter Retreat (Feb 15-17)

Dear Saints,

We have opened registration for the 2026 New York City Young People’s Retreat, to be held February 15-17, 2026, at Camp Penuel (KPCC). Please encourage and facilitate the registration of all our young people, their families, and their serving ones. The registration deadline is February 1.

Registration Instructions:
1. Each young person (grades 6 through 12), college student, and adult should submit their own form. 
2. Children (grade 5 and younger) should be included on the parent’s/guardian’s form.
3. Young people need to:
     1) read and sign the agreement on page 2 of the form, AND
     2) have their parent/guardian read and sign the agreements and medical information on pages 2-4.

Lord’s Day, February 15
4:00 PM       Arrival and registration
6:00 PM       Dinner
7:30 PM       Meeting One

Monday, February 16
9:30 AM       Meeting Two
4:00 PM       TBD
7:00 PM       Meeting Three

Tuesday, February 17
9:30 AM       Meeting Four
12:30 PM     Lunch
1:30 PM       Corporate cleaning
2:30 PM       Departure

Registration Fee:
Adults: $175
College students: $145
Young people: $115
Child (age 6 and up): $90
Child (under the age of 6): No fee
Note: Families with more than two children or young people only pay for the first two
 
Housing:
While we do our best to accommodate housing requests and preferences, we may not be able to honor every request due to housing constraints and considerations such as caring for those with certain medical needs.
