The tragic events of September 11, 2001 have affectedus all, either directly or indirectly. Our cityand our country will never be the same. These havebecome days of uncertainty and reflection. Our heart felt sympathy and prayers go out to thefamilies of all the victims and we pray that Godwould comfort and bless all who were affected. We, asChristians living in New York City, have afirsthand perspective of these events expressed infollowing sections:

The Personal Testimonies sectioncontains experiences of those directly involved with the events at ground zero and theencouragement they have received from the Word of God.
The Words of Encouragement sectioncontains articles written by some of us based on the now well-known incidents duringthis time of crisis and the solace found in the Word of God.

It is our hope and prayer that through these words Godwould give strength and hope to ourfellow New Yorkers and to all who need comfort inthese unsettling times.
